n the Surrogates series, we've focused on the political manifestations of the concept of secondary identities particularly those state sponsored terrorist groups which function as political proxies in order for the more "legitimate" governments secretly backing such treachery to distance themselves from the repercussions of their actions.

The predominant use of Surrogates which goes all the way back to the Garden of Eden where we find an ancient spirit posing as a serpent occurs as part of an agenda. Obviously, the serpentine version of Satan has an admittedly evil agenda, but now we must look at those who truly believe they are doing the work of God, but are themselves in gross deception.

Such are Surrogates of evil, and although they are unintentionally functioning as servants of Satan, there is no exemption in Scripture which excuses their refusal to respond to the Spirit of truth.

Examples are endless, but at the end of the age, the primary examples are seen in those aberrant worldviews that posit the righteousness of God in Jesus Christ, but actually puts forth another gospel. Because the epitome of evil must be defined as the quintessential rejection of the Gospel of Jesus Christ, the case of Christ rejecting Israel must be the premier example of the very definition of antichrist.

Although many would define systems such as Islam as the very personification of evil due to the religion's systemic validation of violence and death, they're missing the point. While all Islamics are indeed lost due to their rejection of Christ (to say nothing of their redefinition of Jesus as a servant of the supposed Mahdi), Jesus did not come specifically to redeem those ensnared in the Moslem faith.

Jesus came to redeem Israel, and only Israel, for that is precisely what He declared:

"I am not sent but unto the lost sheep of the house of Israel."(Matthew 15:24).

The contemporary Rapture Cult, having now leavened the Spiritual worldview of the believers in the most powerful nation on the earth, is deeply complicit in the ongoing process seen in the New Testament as the "falling away" (II Thessalonians 2). In essence, the Christian body of believers has become the False Prophet of the dragon seen in Revelation, and this is one of the most profound examples of a Surrogate ever seen.

As usual, the basic problem can always be reduced to the fact that the Rapture Cult hasn't received the Gospel of Jesus Christ. They have a "gospel," but it is, as the Apostle Paul wrote, another gospel:

"But I fear, lest by any means, as the serpent beguiled Eve through his subtilty, so your minds should be corrupted from the simplicity that is in Christ."

"For if he that cometh preaches another Jesus, whom we have not preached, or if ye receive another spirit, which ye have not received, or another gospel, which ye have not accepted, ye might well bear with him" (II Corinthians 11:3,4).

With this statement, we learn that those who present another gospel are Surrogates of the serpent, showing themselves to be believers in Jesus Christ, while they are in fact following the doctrine of the dragon. The most insidious part of this dreadful situation is the fact that such individuals are themselves unaware they have been compromised, and continue to fervently believe they are doing the will of the LORD.

This was, of course, scheduled to occur from the very beginning, but the fact that Scripture explicitly tells us this will occur hardly makes this sad state of affairs more palatable. A sober examination of the facts reveals the truth behind these statements, and the outlook is positively dreadful.

The entire Christian "church" was always predicted to go all the way bad, but the Scriptures even specified precisely what would provide the mechanism for the body of Christ to be transformed into a Surrogate of the Devil. Jesus repeatedly warned His disciples:

"Take heed and beware the leaven of the Pharisees and of the Sadduccees. Then understood they how that he bade them not beware of the leaven of bread, but of the doctrine of the Pharisees and of the Sadduccees." (Matthew 16:11,12)

In its most basic form, this doctrine is found in the idea that Israel is eternally chosen as a physical, racial entity even though Jesus Christ Himself is flatly stated to be the fulfillment of God's promise to redeem the identity known as Israel.

The Jewish priests recognized Christ as the heir of the promise to redeem Israel in order for God to allow Israel to retain their status as the light to the Gentiles (Isaiah 49:6), so they reasoned they could kill him, and seize that inheritance without Him.

"This is the heir; come, let us kill him and let us seize upon his inheritance" (21:38).

The "inheritance" in view is the standing as the sons and daughters of God, and it is essential that we recognize this identity is that of Israel. However, Israel, after the cross of Jesus Christ, is defined as a Spiritual entity, not a physical family.

While believers have been told they belong to an entity they call the "church," this places them in the position where Christ's promise to redeem Israel is unfulfilled, or awaiting a further fulfillment at the end of time. This is a position of unbelief, and it challenges Christ's own statement when He said "it is finished" on the cross.

This "leaven" of the Pharisees (read "doctrine") that continues the "chosen people" status of the Jews is, in effect, the ceding of the believer's birthright to the Christ-rejecting Jewish people the worst possible thing a believer can do. Yet this is precisely what the Rapture Cult has done, and this leavenous doctrine, that the chosen people (also called the "elect" or the "circumcision" or a number of other names) are still the Jews, is the prophesied event known as the "falling away" from the truth (II Thessalonians 2:3).

While it seems like just another doctrinal variation in a world of thousands of what the liars refer to as "denominational distinctives," it is actually the "subtle" evil that Paul warned about in the book of Galatians:

"But I fear, lest by any means, as the serpent beguiled Eve through his subtilty, so your minds should be corrupted from the simplicity that is in Christ" (II Corinthians 11:3).

The Rapture Cult, which claims they are members of an entity entitled the "church" (simply a generic term for any type of assembly that has now come to have a religious meaning), has become so completely entrenched in world political power that wars are being waged by its proponents.

The evil which is implicit in the globalist conspiracy to bring about a New World Order based in Jerusalem, is directly related to this apostasy, and time is extremely short for genuine believers to "come out of" this harlot religion (Revelation 18:4), and "come unto" Jesus (John 7:37), that they be not partakers of the evil which is occurring all around us.
