he present series us examining the phenomena of Surrogacy, the process wherein individuals, political factions, and even nations, are engineered as an extension of a hidden hand seeking to further an unseen program.

As previously stated, although the sophistication of the practice has increased dramatically, it is actually an ancient subject. Perhaps the most striking example of a modern version of this is found in the person of Barack Hussein Obama.

Although many Americans supported Obama in his election, opinion polls show his recent inability to effectively deal with the job creation shortfall in our imploding economy has sharply diminished his popularity. Undoubtedly, Obama would like to see favorable data emerge on job creation, because it would strongly enhance his desire to be re-elected to a 2^nd term; however, the hidden agenda in President Obama's presidency is incompatible with that goal.

An astute observer of such things, functioning with a modicum of Spiritual discernment, will recognize the fundamental problem with Surrogacy, or a concealed agenda, is the very fact that it is built on the concept of a double-minded nature, and Barack Obama is probably the most progressive example of a double mind that has yet emerged in the American political landscape.

"No man can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other. Ye cannot serve God and mammon" (Matthew 6:24).

Although the name "mammon" is popularly taught to be a deity associated with money, we note the term is not capitalized as a proper name of some pagan god, because it is essentially a euphemism for the things of this world, as opposed to the things of God.

Few realize that when Christ speaks of serving God versus serving the accouterments found in the present world order, He is addressing the conflict which exists in a deeper dimension found in those who have failed to yield their hearts and minds to the LORD. Since the actual person of God is repeatedly revealed in Scripture to have a mystical association with the Spiritual concept we would call the TRUTH, the word "mammon" is subtly pointing us towards anything that is not in direct conformity to the truth of God.

In an advanced stage of the condition we may reference as the doublemind, it does not necessarily follow that one or the other is the TRUTH at all, for the state described in Scripture as being double-minded is related to serving "two masters" and even though Jesus uses the example of God versus mammon, once the truth has been diminished, the process being described continues further and further away from the original absolute position.

The irony is exquisite here, for in the case of Barack Obama, it is easily documented that he is the epitome of a transformational man indeed, even former White House Secretary of State Colin Powell publicly stated that Obama was to be the first "transformational president" in the history of the country.

"And be not conformed to this world [read mammon in the prior example]: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God" (Romans 12:2).

However, the world transformational, which clearly speaks of change, in progressive political parlance, is a term broadly utilized by Marxists to describe the process which empowers them. In effect, Marxism teaches that transformation is ongoing, but it is based on balancing opposites, in order to dialogue to a consensus which is then redefined as the truth.

Once again, this is directly related to the phenomena of the Dialectic, and it is an indicator that all is not right in the Soul and Spirit of those who exhibit the doublemind.

In sharp contrast to the shifting sand of that dualistic worldview, the truth is seen in Scripture as an absolute, unchanging, immutable person and that person is not to be redefined by how many choose to follow or not follow Him. Thus, the very nature of a double-minded man, is one who attempts to satisfy two imperatives, and the Apostle James said this will cause such a man to be unstable:

"A double minded man is unstable in all his ways" (James 1:8).

This means that the very concept of a political Surrogate, herein described as an organization or individual who seeks to appear as one thing, when he is in fact another, is a person with the Biblically defined doublemind. Worse yet, when such a man is in charge of a country, the people will follow the form and substance of his leadership, which will inevitably cause that nation to fall:

"Every kingdom divided against itself is brought to desolation; and every city or house [or nation] divided against itself shall not stand" (Matthew 12:25).

Just as Barack Obama seeks to change our world into the image projected by the ever-shifting definition of truth found in the doublemind worldview, The Bible also instructs us to be transformed but the goal of our transformation is to become like the one who exemplified the unchanging absolute TRUTH of God:

"to them that love God�hem he also called.to be conformed to the image of his Son." (Romans 8:28,30,29).

While the Bible instructs us to be "transformed" (read changed) into the perfect nature of God, the Surrogate, the one who is intentionally posing in one role in order to move forward an agenda which is unseen, is unconsciously seeking to be transformed into the image of the power which drives him:

"And no marvel, for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light. Therefore it is no great thing if his ministers [read Surrogates] also be transformed as the ministers of righteousness: whose end shall be according to their works" (II Corinthians 11:14,15).
